Mr. O' Connor is a Shareholder of the firm. He was born in Louisville,
Kentucky, attended the University of Dayton where he earned his B.S.B.A.
in 1966 and the Hastings College of Law at the University of California
in San Francisco where he earned his J.D. in 1971. His primary areas
of focus in his law practice are:

Mr. O'Connor is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association,
American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and
Pacific Bar Association. He is
also an Arbitrator for the Court Annexed Arbitration Program and Mediation
Specialists of Hawaii and is a Recipient of the Bancroft Whitney Award.
